Drapery Hardware Installation Tips: Mounting Screws

Each order includes 2 wood screws per bracket (#8 x 2”). These screws are intended to only be mounted into wood, such as studs, headers, and beams. Do not use to mount on other surfaces without appropriate anchors.
Your order also includes 2 SnapToggles and machine screws per bracket if you elected to purchase. SnapToggles are excellent for mounting into a variety of surfaces such as hollow drywall and plaster. You will need a ½” drill bit for installation. See General Installation Tips for additional instructions.
If you wish to color match your screws to your hardware, we recommend using a paint pen or nail polish.
