Our powder coating process creates smooth and durable finishes. Unlike other finishing methods, powder coating is earth-friendly and does not produce harmful VOCs.

Our rod diameters range from a slim look to a high-strength look. If using heavy draperies, we recommend a rod diameter of at least 1”.

All rods are cut to length (no telescoping). Maximum rod length of 160”. Rods over 93” will be spliced and include a center bracket and internal splice connector (once installed, it will look like one continuous rod).

Our ring inner diameters are 1 ¼”, 1 ½”, and 2” depending on rod diameter. You typically need a ring for every 5” to 7” of fabric. Drapes can be attached with drapery pins or clips, or may be sewn on.

Our clear acrylic wands attach to the lead ring and allow for easier drawing of draperies. Wands may warp over time if exposed to prolonged periods of direct sunlight.

While wood screws are included with every order, SnapToggle anchors are terrific for mounting brackets into hollow drywall and plaster. ½” drill bit needed for installation. It is very important to use appropriate mounting hardware.

Single rods for straight windows up to 160" in length with finials or French curved returns. Drapery not included. Finish options available for our curtain rod sets are Iron Black, Dark Bronze, Antique Brass, and Satin Nickel.
